2. Software Upgrades - As we implement new features, introduce new modules, and maintain compatibility with new technology, Berwanger will provide
UltraPIPE® Upgrades to facilities with established Support Contracts as they become available. We typically issue one new release per year, which ensures that UltraPIPE® will continue to meet your needs.

3. Guarantee of System Performance - We guarantee that UltraPIPE® can be configured to meet your specific system, on all standard Microsoft operating systems and networks. All client configuration needs, at almost 450 facilities worldwide, have been met to date.
