Berwanger, Inc. is proud to offer the services of the UltraPIPE® Service Center. The intent of the Service Center is to provide hands on assistance for the professional installation, implementation and use of UltraPIPE® - period. We are not offering field inspections - but providing services to help assure that these expensive field efforts are properly scheduled, scoped and entered into UltraPIPE® for documentation and rescheduling.
The Service Center will offer the following - and more based upon your requests:
- Evaluation and recommendations on UltraPIPE® installations.
- Evaluation and recommendations on the quality and organization of the existing data in UltraPIPE®.
- Evaluation and recommendations for an on-going UltraPIPE® data entry project - whether in-house or contracted.
- Answer "How do we do this in UltraPIPE®?" questions with hands on examples.
- Get UltraPIPE® enhancements in the works when the answer to 4) is unsatisfactory to you.
- Consulting on links between UltraPIPE® and other software systems, like SAP, CMMS, etc.
- Evaluate inspection frequencies and practices (IE: number of TMLs; types of tests performed during external, internal, visual and other inspections) versus API recommendations, including the new RBI methodology.
We will also provide quotations to implement any recommendations at fixed price or hourly rates. We think you will find our costs provide a very economical way to obtain both expert advice and ongoing services that may require an on-site visit from the developer and owner of UltraPIPE®.
